 Redactarea planselor si memoriilor tehnice conform normelor in vigoare, in diferite faze ale proiectului SF, DALI, DTAC, PTh, DE Studii superioare in specializarea arhitectura;
Experienta de minim 2 ani;Drept de semnatura proiecte, inregistrat la OAR constituie avantajCunostinte de limba engleza la nivel mediuCunostinte avansate de operare PC (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.);Permis de conducere categoria B – cerinta nu este obligatorie;Bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare;Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa;Colaborare cu punctele de lucru ale companiei ;Excelente abilităţi de analiză şi sinteză a datelor şi informaţiiilor;Capacitate de a identifica soluţii şi de a lua decizii;Abilitatea de a gestiona multiple proiecte/activitati simultan;Orientare spre calitate şi atentie la detalii;Experienta de lucru cu termene limita si rezistenta la stres.
