Topband Romania is an important part of the parent company’s customer intimacy strategy, which is a key step to provide local to local service for European customers and further improve the service responsiveness.
According to the company’s strategy, the company plans to invest about 30 million US dollars in the next five years. And after it is fully put into operation, the annual production capacity will reach 9 million pcs, the annual sales will reach 150 million US dollars, and more than 1000 local employees will be employed.
 
Key Responsibilities:
As a Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Engineering department. Your responsibilities will include:

Testing fixture design, manufacturing and verification;
Evaluating, calibrating and handling maintenance of test fixtures;
Paying close attention to production efficiency levelse and analyze the causes of efficiency loss;
Handling abnormalities in test equipment and test fixtures;
Cooperating with the Process Engineer to analyze product test anomalies and provide solutions for improvement;
Analyzing and designing test methods for products;
Debugging and optimizing product ICT test programs;
Supervising test operators to complete level 1 maintenance tasks;
Performing secondary and tertiary maintenance according to the equipment maintenance plan;
Developing equipment operation guidelines;
Training the testers according to the job skills.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Average English skills, B1 level or higher;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in the engineering field;
More than 3 years of management experience in PCBA testing, especially ICT and PCT;
Abilities in conducting debugging and maintenance for relevant machines;
Good knowledge of automation, electrical engineering;
Good skills in computer operation, MS Office, AutoCAD. Ability of operating in Windows and DOS system;
A strong sense of responsibility;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
Capable of shifting the mindset such as to concentrate on the customer;
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
