Tender Specialist

We are looking to hire a Tender Specialist for a 2 year's contract. This is an external staff position. Your employer will be a third-party supplier, in service for Roche.

Key responsibilities:


Prepare complete and accurate offers for Diagnostic instruments and reagents, and deliver them timely to Roche customers.


Monitor and follow-up the status of existing contracts to assure compliance with rights and obligations.


Work in squads with technical support and customer service, finance and logistics, and marketing to identify and evaluate innovative business opportunities.


Keep up-to-date with business knowledge level over the Company products and clients.


Ensure compliance with the company's commercial management policy.


Work on advanced digital solutions to improve processes, as well as to avoid non-conformities occurrence.



Who you are:


You are an individual with strong integrity values, courageous ideas and passion to improve society and patients’ needs.


You are motivated by working in an agile non-hierarchical professional environment, fostering cross-functional collaboration towards solutions for the Roche clients.


You have 3 – 5 years’ professional experience, mostly in tender management, complex pricing solutions and contract management.


Previous experience in controlling and financial proficiency is a valuable asset for the position.


You have a natural passion for digital and technology advancement. Digital expertise will be highly rated. SAP proficiency is a plus.


You are a team player and entrepreneurial person that can self-align and adapt to collective priorities.


You are Romanian native speaker and fluent in English.


You have a University Degree preferably in Economics; understanding of Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine would be an advantage.
