Job Description

Communicating via email, tickets and chat with existing customers to resolve their product issues;
Providing business partner information to existing clients and potential clients via email, handling tickets and chat if available for a specific business area, and handling inquiries to close cases;
Secure and deepen customer retention, contribute to excellent customer support and identify/promote relevant products and services;
Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and effectively resolved;
A responsible and reliable attitude that ensures compliance with the daily compliance plan;
Ensure that all customer contacts are handled efficiently and effectively;
Provision of high-quality services by following the given processes and procedures;
Updating the customer base and documenting activities and history for further contacts and campaigns;
Reporting the most common problems to the support team for further escalations.
