Asistent manager

We are looking for a Management assistant to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Management assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company.  
Responsibilities:

Manage full reception duties: receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately, maintain company security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk;
Operating the central phone, sorting, and distributing internal post service;
Travel management: booking of airplane tickets, accommodations, rental cars, transfer from the airport;
Order food and drinks;
Support for HR department in time management, reporting and administrative topics;
Offering administrative support across the organization.

Requirements:

 Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office & Internet;
Good language skills in English, professional attitude, and appearance;
Excellent communication skills, results, and customer oriented;
Open-minded person;
Positive attitude;
Teamwork spirit and good planning abilities.
