Docs Team responsibilities
 

Identification, verification, and validation of documents.
Ensuring the accuracy of the information registered on the customers’ accounts.
Fraudulent players identification.
Respecting the deadlines imposed.
Verification, identification and reporting AML and RG concerns based on the documents received.
Providing support to the other teams for their queries related to the documents received.
Increase customer satisfaction by respecting the internal rules related to daily performance.


The internship will be for 3 months, part-time and paid.
