We are looking for CNC Operators in Belgium

You will be offered monthly contracts via Randstad. After a duration of 4 months, you can be offered a permanent contract directly with the company.

Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 from Sunday evening until Friday morning
Weekend shift: 2 shifts of 12 hours
From Saturday 06:00 until 18:00
From Sunday 06:00 until 18:00
weekdays on 2 shifts: Monday - Friday 6.00 - 14.00 one week.

â Night shift:

gross hourly salary between 15.9243â¬/hour and 16.4012â¬/hour for really experienced operators + shift bonus 3.2291â¬/hour = 19+ euros
â Weekend shift:

â¬24,80/hour +shift bonus of 1,1794 euro/per hour for the morning and late shift = 25,9 euros/per hour
â 2 shifts

gross hourly salary between 15.9243â¬/hour and 16.4012â¬/hour for really experienced operators + shift bonus 1,1794 euro/per hour â¬/hour = 17,58 euro per hour

We can provide temporary housing if necessary. The cost will be 125 euro per week, incl. electricity, water, gas and internet.

Job Description

The CNC operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines:
- You will be responsible for operating CNC machines.
- You follow up the process through measurements and
perform dimensional corrections.
- You change tools at the end of tool life (milling,
tipping, drilling, etc.).
- You are responsible for the first-line maintenance of
your CNC machine.
- You supply the machines.
- You carry out quality checks using a caliper and
micrometer.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience as a CNC operator in the metal industry
- Minimum level of B2 English
- Experience in doing quality control with the following instruments: caliper, micrometer
- Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings
- Experience with Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc is a big plus
