CLAIMS ADJUSTER POSITION
Requirements:
- higher technical studies (preferably the Faculty of Transport);- experience in the field of car damage - minimum 2 years;- knowledge of legislation and regulations in force in the field of insurance;- knowledge of computer use (MS Office) - average level;- knowledge of IT applications (Audatex, DAT) is an advantage;- interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;- capacity for analysis and synthesis;- assuming responsibility, proactive attitude;- the ability to work independently and in a team;- attention to details;- promptness in fulfilling tasks;- integrity, self-control, tact, seriousness, fairness.

Main responsibilities:
- Register claims submitted to the insurance company in connection with insurance contracts;- Upload collected documents in the software system in the specific files.- Communicates with claimants, institutions and insured clients by phone and in writing inrelation to collect full data in relation with the insured event.- Prepare calculations in specialized software system in order to establish the quantity of thedamage
- Analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of an insured event, reviews all documentation on aspecific insurance case and gives an opinion on payment, request for other documents or refusalto pay;- Communicates with insureds and partners of the Insurer.
