In order to follow our vision and strategy, we’re looking for a dedicated Financial Controller, reporting to the CFO.
Key responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing financial reports and analyses
Developing analyses and business plans for new commercial initiatives
Monitoring key financial indicators over time and analyzing deviations from Plan/Budget
Identifying opportunities for financial optimization and business processes improvement
Participating in Group/Regional projects with implications in the Financial/Accounting area
Assisting in the preparation of materials for Financial Audit
Assisting in the preparation of materials for the annual Budget and interim reports (Reforecasts)
Collecting and validating operational and commercial data/indicators for management reporting
Actively involved in simplifying and automating the reporting process




Qualifications and Skills:

Higher education in Economics
Solid knowledge of tax legislation
Solid knowledge of RAS (Romanian Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar position
Solid Excel skills
Proficiency in English - advanced level
