Inviting applications for the role of Content Moderator with Romanian or Hungarian  - Bucharest

Responsibilities
·       Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the client.
·       Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance.
·       Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video, or another format daily.
·       Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action.
·       Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements.
·       Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
·       Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager.
·       Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met.
·       Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions.
·       Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project.
Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications


Proficient level of   Romanian or Hungarian
Proficient level of English Min B2

• Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset.
• High School Degree
