Your job in a nutshell:

We are actively seeking for a Technical Expert with MECM, INTUNE, Windows OS (Client&Server) and German skills to join our TS Customized Services Team

What will you be doing:

Operations management:

• MECM, INTUNE, Windows OS (Client&Server)

Further tasks:

• Participation in transition projects and implementation of our customers' requirements and implementation of these solutions;
• Responsibility for the customization and creation of technical documentation, reports and reports for customers, technical administrators and managers;
• Independent analysis and solution of technical problems and errors.

Incident and problem management:

• Responsible for identifying common incidents
• Responding to queries and disruptions
• Initiating problem management - this includes the coordination of the problem record, i.e. bringing together the relevant processors and actively participating in workarounds in order to later develop a corresponding solution and the documentation of the problem record.

Change management:

• In change management, the corresponding changes are coordinated with those involved and the change is created independently according to our processes; these are mostly updates, both hardware extensions and software updates to a newer version.

Desired profile:

• Willingness to take on call and special operations at night and on weekends is required.
• Professional working knowledge of both German and English language is essential.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in the field of MECM, INTUNE, Windows OS (Client&Server);
• Professional knowledge of both English and German;
• Current certifications in the subject area are an advantage;
• Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, flexibility, mobility.
