We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with German and English for one of our partners in Brașov, a global supplier of innovative technical textiles for a broad range of markets and applications such as apparel, automotive, building interiors, building materials, healthcare, energy, filter media, shoe and leather goods as well as specialties.

Expectations:

Completed economical education;
Experience in similar position / BPO industry;
Very good English and German language skills;
French language skills are an advantage;
Good knowledge regarding common MS office programs;
Experience with SAP and CRM systems represent an advantage;
Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.


Responsabilities:


Acceptance and maintenance of customer orders;
Checking and ensuring the availability of goods;
Order tracking upon punctual delivery;
Quoting and follow-up on quotes;
Active management of customer queries;
Maintaining information in the CRM system;
Issuing of bonus settlements and other credit- and debit notes;
Other activities for sales support.
